Lakeside Guest Refresh: This lakeside guest room was refreshed to feel lighter, calmer, and more functional without losing the warmth of the original space. We replaced the bulky matching bedroom set with streamlined furnishings for a more collected, updated look, while reorienting the bed to improve flow and allow easier closet access. A new window treatment was mounted above the casing to visually enlarge the window and draw the eye upward, helping the room feel brighter and more spacious. To keep the space personal and familiar, we thoughtfully incorporated the client’s sentimental artwork and existing comforter into the updated design.
